Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when payments made to Caystard Cloud may be refunded and when they are non-refundable.
1. General
By purchasing services from Caystard Cloud, you agree to this Refund Policy. Refunds are issued only where stated in this policy or where required by law.
2. Eligible Refunds
First-time purchases of eligible shared hosting, reseller hosting, or selected virtual services may qualify for a refund if requested within 14 days of the original order date, unless the product page or invoice states otherwise.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, redemption fees, dedicated servers, software licenses, SSL certificates, setup fees, add-ons, migrations, custom work, and already-provisioned third-party services are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Renewals
Renewal invoices and recurring service charges are generally non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel services before the renewal due date if you do not want renewal charges to occur.
5. Abuse and Violations
No refund will be issued for services suspended, terminated, or restricted due to abuse, spam, malware, phishing, illegal activity, excessive resource abuse, chargeback risk, or violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without first contacting us, we may suspend affected services and limit future orders while the dispute is under review.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and banking network.
8. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, open a billing ticket and include your service ID, invoice number, and reason for the request.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version on this page.
