IMAP Email Setup Guide
This guide explains how to configure and log in to a MAP email account using Microsoft Outlook on both Android and Windows (PC).
1. Requirements
Before you begin, ensure you have:

Your full MAP email address (e.g., [email protected])

Your email password

Internet connection

Mail server settings (if required):

IMAP/POP server

SMTP server

If you do not have server settings, contact your IT administrator.
2. Setup on Outlook for Android
Step 1: Install Outlook

Open Google Play Store

Search for Microsoft Outlook

Tap Install
Step 2: Open Outlook

Launch the app

Tap Add Account
Step 3: Enter Email Address

Type your MAP email address
-
Tap Continue
Step 4: Choose Account Type

Step 5: Enter Server Settings
Fill in the following:

Security Type: SSL/TLS

3. Setup on Outlook for PC (Windows)
Step 1: Open Outlook
